And yet their body does not respond the way it should. That disconnect is not random. It follows a pattern. Once the pattern is seen, effort stops being necessary. But seeing it is not something that happens through logic.

Weight gain often begins during periods of stress, burnout, emotional overload, or times when holding it together mattered more than feeling safe. At the time, it made sense. It worked. The problem is that once protection is learned, the body does not unlearn it through force. That is where most approaches quietly fail. This work starts somewhere else.
